As the name indicates, this is a superb exhibition related to health, beauty and well-being at Earls Court 2 – Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Running in to the start of its much bigger brother – the Ideal Home Exhibition 2010 – The Vitality Show, now in its 11th year, has a very broad appeal, with 35,000 visitors last year, there's a free beauty advice stand, a holistic therapy oasis, organic beauty treatments, yoga classes, foot massages, and lectures on a range of health and beauty topics from anti-ageing to de-stressing.
As if any added incentive were needed, the exhibition also includes a free champagne bar where you can relax and wrap up the day – as well as lounges where you can just sit and have a natter whilst making your way around. Not everything on offer is free, of course, although quite a lot is, and you may well walk away with an armful of the beauty and health products that can be bought here. If you have taken maximum advantage, you are also liable to come away feeling completely revived and refreshed.
Travel: Earls Court Exhibition is about a 15 minute walk from Harrington Court Apartments but you can take the District Line from South Kensington direct to Earls Court. Exit the station at the Warwick Road exit and the exhibition centre is just across the road.
